grade yourself whether it’s 0-100% or A-F about your levels of respect for other and yourself and then grade your family members and then explain why you chose those grades.
once you grade yourself and your family think about whether the grade was high or low and what it means to your guys( you have a high grade which means you have high respect and low grade means barely to no respect)
