In Ancient Greek men were engaged in politics and public events, while women were encouraged to stay home. Also the Olympic Games were only for men at the time. The women worked at the house cooking and cleaning while men on the other hand got to do many things. Now all genders can participate in the Olympic Games. We all can work for the same amount of money and we don’t have to stay home as a housewife as we are free to do whatever we desire.
