We have the following expression:
 (27a ^ 3-1) / (9a ^ 2-6a + 1)
 Rewriting we have:
 (27a ^ 3-1) / (9a ^ 2-6a + 1)
 (27a ^ 3-1) / ((3a-1) * (3a-1))
 We exclude the values that make the denominator zero:
 3a-1 = 0
 a = 1/3
 Answer:

a valid exclusion for the algebraic fraction is:

c. a ≠ 1/3
