Working it out:

[tex]m= \frac{4}{3} [/tex]

[tex]( x_{1}, y_{1})=(9,-1)[/tex]

[tex]y-(-1)= \frac{4}{3} (x-9)[/tex]

In slope form:

[tex]y+1= \frac{4}{3} (x-9)[/tex]
