Bathroom elements are considered 1/4 a piece. A sink, a shower, a toilet, and a tub are each 1/4 the make up of a bathroom. A true full bath has all 4 of these things. When a house is listed as having a 1/4 bath it typically means their could be a mud sink in a laundry room, or if on the beach maybe an outdoor shower, etc.
