The slope of Line M (y = 2/3x - 3) is 2/3. To figure out the slope of Line N, you need to use the equation:
[tex]m = \frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1} [/tex]

Choose any two points on the table, I chose (-2, -2) and (4, 2). Plug in and solve:
[tex]m = \frac{2-(-2)}{4-(-2)} = \frac{2+2}{4+2} = \frac{4}{6} = \frac{2}{3} [/tex]

So, they do indeed have the same slope of 2/3. Therefore, the answer must be A.
