The  extrusion  of  the  Viscera  from  the  abdominal  cavity  is  called evisceration.The  extrusion  result  from  dehiscence  of an abdominal  incision. Dehiscence  involve  break down of  surgical incision  in  such a way  that  tissue layer  separate  from  each  other.
