I don't think it makes sense to speak of "long-term" abortion (that would mean a very slow abortion maybe?) and of inclusive abortion. A spontaneous abotion is a name that can be used for a miscarriage, that is when a woman's body rejects the baby. If a woman wants to force this abortion, this is called an induced abortion, induced for example by medicine.
