If I'm recalling correctly, Mr. Darcy is slightly amused...he thinks Elizabeth Bennett is very attractive
AAAH P&P I LOVE THIS!
Anyways, Mr. Darcy did think that Elizabeth was rather pretty but later on he says that Elizabeth is tolerable but she isn't handsome enough to tempt him. But Mr. Darcy actually fancies her and he realizes it later on in the story.
