Can anybody help me with this problem it's system of equations graph and substitution

  Y=3x+1
+ y=-x+5

elimination method-

  Y=3x+1
 y=-x+5 *3 = y=-3x+15
-----------

   Y=3x+1
 + y=-3x+15
-----------
y=16
-----------
Y=3x+1
16=3x+1
3x=16-1
3x=15
x=5
