What efforts does franklin make to become more orderly? is he successful? explain?

According to his autobiography, he wanted to make all things to be in the correct place so there might be a time order for businesses. He tried so hard to make this idea possible that he became more orderly. 
It might be good to add that he understood that some of his goals were unrealistic.
