We will use the equation [tex]distance=rate*time[/tex] to solve this one. We have distance and time, so we'll rearrange this to:
[tex]r=\frac{d}{t}=\frac{\frac{3}{4}}{\frac{1}{10}}=\frac{3}{4}*\frac{10}{1}=\frac{30}{4}=\frac{15}{2}=7.5[/tex]

So she runs 7.5 miles per hour.
