Idk if by '2' you mean it as an exponent so I'll just solve it like it is and then solve it with 2 as an exponent.
[tex]( \frac{x}{z} )2+(\frac{y}{z})2= \frac{2(x+y)}{z} [/tex]
or by exponents: [tex] ( \frac{x^2+y^2}{z^2} )[/tex]
