solve the equation in the bracket first.
(q+q+3-6)=(2q-3)
so,
q=63-(2q-3)
expand it out,
q=63-2q+3
q=66-2q
then bring over the -2q to get +2q
q+2q=66
3q=66
then simplify
q=22

Q=63-w-q+3)
Q+q=63-w+3
