This is the part where Rudy sees Franz, the Hitler Youth Leader, at Munich Street and throws a rock at him which hit him in the back. Rudy is with Liesel, Tommy, and Rudy's little sister. But Franz got mad, so he beats him horribly made his eye into black eye, cracking his ribs and then cutting his hair with a pocket knife.
