The field of view under a microscope will be converted both from up to down and left to right. So the letter g will look like 6. You can find the answer by writing it on the paper and change the paper direction to observe.

If you are talking about an scientific microscope you would find in a lab it would the opposite in each directions. So the g would be upside down to how you put it.
