The belief that one's culture is superior to other cultures is known as ethnocentrism. You are seeing another culture from your own culture's point of view, and then you believe that your culture is better than someone else's, which is not true, obviously. All cultures exist for a reason and were created by people, so none of them can be better or worse than another one.
