So this may not be 100% right they do it different in some schools but the way I do it is, Two point Nineteen
In some cases it would be,
Two point Nineteenth
From my experience, in primary school they say: "two and nineteen hundredths," but when you get into secondary, and senior secondary school, they simply say "two point nineteen."
