Simplify.
[tex]1/5(40x^5+13x^3-3x-5)-(3x^5-5x^3+5x)[/tex]
Distribute the Parenthesis.
[tex]8x^5+2.6x^3-0.6x-1-3x^5+5x^3-5x[/tex]
Combine Like Terms.
[tex]8x^5-3x^5+2.6x^3+5x^3-0.6x-5x-1[/tex]
The Answer Is:
[tex]5x^5+7.6x^3-5.6x-1[/tex]
