Why do the colonists feel a need to proclaim to the world their reasons for declaring independence?

The reason why colonist has the need to proclaim the world their declaration of independence because there are some circumstances that other countries has treated them unfairly in which laws are affected and impacted other colonies. They also have the need to do this because they don’t have representatives in discussing laws and to have representatives that they will want to vote on.
