Put it into slope intercept form first
3x+y=7
y=mx+b
y=-3x+7
Put a point at (0,7) because the y intercept is always 0 for x coordinate and the y coordinate is 7
Then, move down 3 spaces from (0,7) and right 1 space
connect the 2 points
