Whenever you are in a
situation where you are behind a truck going up a long hill very slow, you
should just need to tail behind the truck until you will be able to arrive at the
top of the hill or a way that is clear for safety.
You need to stay a decent distance from the truck, and wait to pass the hill to be able to pass that truck. Otherwise you are in risk to have an accident.
