Order the number from least to greatest:
11,15,15,15,16,17,18,19,20,22,23
Then find median which is 17
Now we have the first set
11,15,15,15,16
Find the median which is 15, and 15 is also the first quartile. As a result, the first quartile of the following data set is 15. Hope it help!
