there are five people in total going because Tyee AND four others are going

if each buys a ticket(7), snack(5), drink(2)

An expression for the total cost could be seen as
# of people( ticket+snack+drink)

Then expressed with values
Cost[tex] _{total} [/tex]=5(7+5+2)

Since there are 5 people buying each article, your equation should look like this:

(7 x 5) + (5 x 5) + (2 x 5) = 70

So the whole trip will cost 70 dollars!
