Answer = [tex] \frac{19}{45} [/tex]

The answer is 19/45 because you have to make them the same denominator. The denominator would be 45 and so you would have to multiply 1/5 by 9 and you get 9/45 and then you multiply 2/9 by 5 and you get 10/45 and then you add those up and you get your answer.
