I am only confused because food in general is a need but fruit is also.

Which of the following is considered a "need"?
A.Food
B.Pizza
C.Gatorade
D.Fruit

Food. You can get nutrients from foods other than fruit like vegetables, grains, and nuts (although fruit is extremely recommended and ALMOST a need, but not quite). Hope this helps !!
