L=9+w
W=w
so we know that Perimeter is all the sides added so 2l+2w
so 70=(2(9+w))+(2(w))
70=18+2w+2w
70=18+4w
52=4w
w=13
so L=9+w therefore L=9+13 L=22
so L=22 and W=13
