There will not be any effect due to external magnetic field apart from repulsion between electrons due to its charges electromagnetic attraction (or attraction between parallel current will be there between them will come) Due to this there will be motion perpendicular to the applied magnetic field also. Motions may be quite complicated may be repelling helix or attracting helix depending upon the velocity of electrons.
