how could you show 46/200 using only one hundredths grids? what decimal does the model show?

divide the top and the bottom by two and you get 23/100 = .23
you have to shade in 46 squares from the grid and make 2 grids of hundredths but one of them shaded  hope this helps .23 23/200 of course
