11x + 6x - 7 = 180
11x + 6x =  180 + 7
17x = 187
x = 187 : 17 = 11

m<M = m<O = 11x = 11 · 11 = 121°
m<N = m<L = 6x-7 = 6 · 11 -7 = 66 - 7 = 59°

Check :   121° + 59° = 180°   OK !
