I think life now is better because first of all the technology has changed. We can use it and it is an easier way to send massages. Second reason is becasue there were less jobs then and now there are more jobs and they get paid much more so they can pay there bills. Last reason is becasue there are faster transportation. We can get from one place to another pretty fast.
