In the book "Lord of the flies" p. 108 - Explain what caused the split between Jack and Ralph.

Explanation:

Jack wanted to be the leader of the group, but most of the people voted for Ralph. A rivalry has been happening between the two boys and their split was because of growing tensions. Disagreement is another reason why the boys have split apart.
