The answer is C.64
The reason to that is because you have to subtract 20 from 4 then multiple 16 by 4

C. 64 because if you distribute the x which is 4 to 20 - x which is also 4 it will be 80 - 16, so then after subtract the two numbers you will get your answer 64.
