Why do people living in different locations and cultures experience and think
about distance differently?

I think it is strongly based on what your taught and the environment you’re in. People from America have the freedom to leave the country and explore the rest of the world than people (let’s say for example) North Korea. So I think when Americans think about distance it’s very casual and normal whereas other countries aren’t allowed to leave so that thought of distance is unfathomable
