The systems affected when someone does not take their seasonal allergy medication are the muscular system, immune system, circulatory system, and the respiratory system. Therefore, all of them are correct.
I believe it would be the immune system, due to the fact that your immune system does keep you from getting sick, but if you just stop taking your allergy medicine it would affect your immune system the most I would think.
