Good Morning! The difference between a right and an entitlement is basic: a right is what is inherent in the individual, such as the right to freedom of expression and the right to life. An entitlement comes, on the other hand, from an acquired "right". Receiving Social Security is therefore an example of entitlement. Letter a) Receiving Social Security is an entitlement. Hugs!
