Human rights implementation is monitored by some institutions. Some of them are
1. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD)
2. Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR)
3. Human Rights Committee (CCPR).
These organisations work to protect rights of people and protest and file cases in case of violation of these rights.
