If h = hourly rate and s = service fee
2h + s = 180
3h + s = 230
Subtracting equation 1 from equation 2 gives
h = 50
Substitute for h in equation 1
2 x 50 + s = 180
So s = 80
The cost formula is C(h) = 50h + 80
