There's a few things that you can do depending on your teacher
1. Ask the teacher for a hint (if he/she allows it)
2. Skip it, come back later
3. If you can use notes use them
4. Just don't do it if you don't understand (you'll end up wasting too much time)
You should NOT cheat. It is not practical and you won't learn anything from it
