To find the circumference of a circle, you use the formula, pi x diameter. Pi=3.14. The diameter is not given to you in the question but we know that radius is half of diameter. So 10 times 2=20. Diameter =20.  multiply pi and the diameter. 3.14 x 20=62.8.   62.8 cm is your circumference
