The formula for circumference is C=2πr. π is equal to 3.14. So 3.14 times 2 is 6.28. Then R represents the radius (which is 10) so you would multiply 6.28 times 10 which is = 62.80 SO THE CIRCUMFERENCE IS 62.80 :)
