injuries are caused by a bad perform.
when trying to lift heavy sometimes we don't count the amount of weight and we end up doing a bad perform and sadly even an injury.
in any type of sport you will be required to perform certain movements that you may not be capable of so be careful practice and perform it correctly to avoid injuries.

knowing and understanding your skills can help you avoid injuries! you know what you can and what you cant do!
