Answer:

(x, y) ----> (x - 2, y + 2.5)

This is the rule because a letter with an apostrophe is the image after. If it has no apostophre, it is the PRE-IMAGE. Let's look at C.

C (4, -5)

C'(2, -2.5)

4-2 = 2

-5+2.5 = -2.5

Since those are the coordinates of C', that is your rule.
