The preamble was written in a manner wherein it begins and ends with more obscure propositions about a better union, well-being and liberty. The middle part of the preamble consists of more specific measures of justice, peace and a method of defense in case peace is disturbed. These three are interrelated which makes logical sense why they are written in this order.
