Answer:

9(1-2x) = 3(x +1)

9 - 18x = 3x + 3

9+9-18x = 3x + 3 + 9

-18x = 3x +11

-18x -3x = 3x - 3x + 11

-21x= 11

-21x/-21 = 11/-21

x = 11/-21
