Water usually evaporates into warm air. The warm air holds more water than cold air. As the air rises it expands and cools and the water bearing capacity reduces. The water in excess of the maximum amount that can be dissolved in the air condenses around dust particles and becomes very small drops (clouds) or larger drops.Hope this helps!!
