Simplify the expression.

[tex]\frac{y}{2} +\frac{40}{3}[/tex]

Multiply all three fractions by (3*2*13) and it will be simplified.

(19*2*13)+(y*2*13)+(91*3*2)
= 45+y*26+91*6
= 591+26*y
