What do you think happens if a President just leaves a bill on his or her desk? in other words, refuses to sign or veto the bill.

The bill must be seen once it’s received. If not, the president won’t have an opinion

It must review the process all over again only if it’s vetoed, if just left there then after a certain amount of time it will be able to become a bill
