The strength of the gravitational forces between two objects is completely determined by

-- the masses of the objects

-- the distance between the centers of the objects.

Nothing else has any effect on the strength of the gravitational forces between them.  Not their motion, or other forces acting on them, or a steel, concrete, and Kryptonite wall between them.
