(2 half circles=1 whoole circle)


circumfrence=2pir or pid
r=radius
d=diameter
d/2=r
2r=d
find te circumference of small outer circles (ones with the 10 in them)
diameter=10
c=10pi

circumference of big circle, radius=10
c=2pi10
c=20pi
1/4 since 1/4 circle
20pi/4=5pi

small+big=10pi+5pi=15pi

apro pi=3.141592
